2024 Design Rates
Custom Home Design:
- Initial Zoom consultation is free (Includes a detailed discussion of client needs and project scope).
- Standard Design Package: $2 per potential heated square foot (Includes 2D floor plans, elevations, roof plan, framing details, and exterior 3D SketchUp model).
- Coordination with Structural Engineer is included, if required by local building code (Engineer billed separately).
Additions/Renovations:
- Initial Site Visit is free (This includes a detailed discussion of client needs and project scope. A second meeting will be scheduled for field measurements and pictures, once the estimate is approved and 30% deposit paid).
- Design Fee: Minimum of $3500 (Cost will vary based on the complexity and size of the addition).
- Coordination with Structural Engineer is included, if required by local building code (Engineer billed separately).
Additional Services:
- Exterior 3D SketchUp model: $500
- Interior 3D SketchUp model: $500 (must accompany exterior 3D model)
- High Resolution Exterior Color Rendering: $500
- Marketing Brochure: $50
Payment Terms:
- 30% deposit is needed upon estimate approval to start the design process.
- 70% due upon completion of construction documents.
Notes:
- Structural Engineer fees are not included and are billed separately.
- Prices are subject to change based on project complexity and scope.
- Travel expenses may apply for projects outside a specific radius.
