2026 Design Rates
Custom Home Design:
- Initial Zoom consultation is free (Includes a detailed discussion of client needs and project scope).
- $2.50 per potential heated square foot (Includes 2D floor plans, exterior elevations, roof plan, & framing details).
- $1.00 per unheated square foot (garages, porches, & decks).
- Coordination with Structural Engineer is included, if required by local building code (Engineer billed separately).
Additions/Renovations:
- We are not currently designing additions and renovations.
Additional Services:
- Exterior 3D SketchUp model: $600
- High Resolution Exterior Color Rendering: $600
- Marketing Brochure: $50
Payment Terms:
- 30% deposit is needed upon estimate approval to start the design process.
- 70% due upon completion of construction documents.
Notes:
- Structural Engineer fees are not included and are billed separately.
- Prices are subject to change based on project complexity and scope.
- Travel expenses may apply for projects outside a specific radius.
